- Victoria has a number of qualifications including the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate specialising in claims, and is qualified to transact business within Lloyds. She continues to study towards her CII Diploma. Victoria is also a member of the Institute of Risk Management & a qualified Risk Practitioner.

- Victoria has over 7 years specific claims handling experience with a varied background having worked for both national insurers & global brokers as a Senior Claims Handler.
- Victoria has experience handling claims for national & international accounts involving motor, property and EL & PL exposures.
- Victoria has dealt with claims for clients from both the private and public sector including large councils & housing associations.
- Victoria has experience dealing with senior people within client organisations both remotely and via face to face meetings which have included staff training, large loss reviews and renewal/new business tenders.
- As well as researching and applying new case law as & where required, Victoria enjoys keeping up to date with legal & regulatory matters.
