• Titus has a tremendous track record of analysing, identifying & evaluating trends to support business decisions.
• Primary point of contact for internal business reporting needs and providing clients with succinct reports on claims history, handling & forecasting. Reports that include bespoke client dashboards & reports tailored to each client's needs.
• Responsible for database management & liaising with IT department to develop our reporting systems.
• Providing internal help & support for queries surrounding the MS Office suite.
