Relevant Experience/Expertise

• Sue has nearly 30 years experience in the Insurance market 25 of which have been specializing in UK Professional Indemnity Claims both for a leading PI Insurer and as a broker.
• This experience includes representing and supporting clients though in excess of 20 cases at mediation.
• Whilst at Insurers Sue gained a wide knowledge of PI policies and their application which she has used to negotiate and conclude policy points for her clients.
• Sue has a solid understanding of the legal system having taken several cases to trial and the House of Lords.
