Relevant Experience/Expertise

• Graham has had more than 17 years experience in the Insurance Industry handling Professional Indemnity claims over a variety of professions.
• This includes specialist experience with Solicitors, Surveyors, Independent Financial Advisors, Design & Construction and Brokers E&O. Graham also has some experience dealing with Medical Malpractice and Reinsurance matters.
• Handling claims from first advice to settlement, liaising with Clients, Underwriters and their representatives where needed.
• Whilst at Aon, Graham was heavily involved with the design, implementation and testing of the Company’s new claims computer system.
• Graham has experience of broking claims in the Lloyd’s and Company markets and maintaining relationships with the underwriters involved.
