• Estelle took 2 years out of the market in 2006-2008 to travel across the world, including Australia, New Zealand and America.
• Extensive knowledge of Financial Institutions business, specifically regarding mortgage endowments, precipice bonds and Split Cap / Zero dividend investments.
• Currently working towards CII qualifications.

Relevant Experience/Expertise

• 6 years experience of handling Professional Indemnity claims, from first advice through to settlement by way of liaison with policyholders, their representatives and Underwriters.
• Experience of all claims administration for all core professions including Accountants, Surveyors, Insurance Brokers, Architects & Engineers.
• Specific experience of IFA and Financial Institution claims including large UK compliance network.
