• Full working knowledge of CLASS, ILU, LIRMA and ECF.
• Member of the CII and currently working towards the ACII qualification.
• Well established working relationships with numerous experts and brokers within the Energy market.

Relevant Experience/Expertise

• Dean has over 8 years experience handling Domestic and International property and Energy Claims. Risks include Household, Small Market Enterprise, On and Offshore energy, Oil and Petrochemical, and Large Commercial sites. This experience includes handling both direct and reinsurance claims on both a national and international basis.
• During his time with AIG Dean has been involved with and observed several high profile claims including Bunsfield, Petroplus refinery explosion at Stanford-le-hope and the Casino Royal set fire at Pinewood Film Studio's.
• Dean had heavy involvement with fraud detection for both Royal and Sun Alliance and AIG.
• Whilst at Norwich Union Dean Implemented and chaired a morale and motivation committee to improve on staff morale. In this role Dean created a reward and recognition scheme and organized various staff social events.
