More than 20 years experience in claim management for surveyors’ professional indemnity issues

Whilst at Countrywide Surveyors, core responsibilities were:

• Management and conduct of professional negligence claims for Countrywide Surveyors and other professional companies

• Settlement of claims on behalf of insurers

• Maintain insurance bordereaux for various insurers

• Identifying risk exposure, fraud and competency issues for clients

• Assist in training surveyors, through delivery of claim seminars

• Preparing Surveyors Ombudsman Service submissions

• Attend mediation with third parties

• Day to day advice to surveyors working in the field
