  • 5 years’ professional indemnity experience, with specific focus on UK Solicitors E&O.
  • David has undertaken numerous UK claims audits on behalf of Insurers on various prominent market schemes & binding authorities, with a specialty in relation to legal expenses and personal injury business.
  • Also undertaken several underwriting audits of coverholders on behalf of London market insurers.
  • 3 years’ experience managing claims arising from the Accident Line Protect scheme, the only Personal Injury insurance product endorsed by The Law Society.
  • 5 years’ experience of EL/PL claims, including NHS Trust, Fire Authorities and Police Authorities.
  • Previously Manager of Professional Indemnity claims broking account. Responsibilities included receiving and presenting claims to Insurers, ensuring such notifications are accepted by Insurers and arguing policy points on behalf of the Policyholder where necessary.
