• Carl has had responsibility for compliance issues including complaints reporting & handling and conflict management.
• Carl co-ordinated the introduction of ECF Claims handling for the Professions Claims team at Lockton and sat on the Lockton ECF Steering Committee.

Relevant Experience/Expertise

• Carl has over 20 years experience handling Professional Indemnity claims for clients worldwide primarily for UK Solicitors and US Lawyers, but additionally for Insurance Brokers, Valuers/Surveyors and I.F.A.’s.
• Carl has an excellent relationship with the Lloyd’s and London Market Insurers.
