DCS Protect is located in Swindon and is a new regional office for DCS formed by the transfer of a very experienced in house team of claim handlers.

The division is headed up by Debbie Taylor who for over 20 years was responsible for handling surveyors’ liability claims for one of the UK’s premier residential survey companies.

The focus of DCS Protect is to provide a front line cost efficient claim handling service for surveyors with the support of external representatives only when necessary. The Division handles run-off claim administration for various insurers with delegated authority and understands the balance required between consumer satisfaction, surveyor’s professional reputation and successful outcome for insurers.
The office is experienced in captive bordereaux management and reserve assessment.

DCS Protect is experienced in dispute resolution including mediation and Ombudsman Schemes.

Insurers can be certain the team is very efficient and cost aware. The aim of DCS Protect is to offer excellence in claim handling for regulated members of the RICS and insurers and hopefully other specialist professions in due course.
