C˜View Client ExtranetWe appreciate that any insurer entering into a delegated arrangement has less involvement in direct claims handling and will therefore expect detailed statistical information about the progress of their account. In recognition of this we have developed a versatile, bespoke computer system that records, in detail, all relevant information regarding the current status and history of a given claim. The system enables us to produce comprehensive statistical information whenever required, to assist insurers in monitoring their schemes, not only in terms of reserves and payments, but also the performance of the classes of business for underwriting purposes. Examples of the information we provide to our clients on a regular basis are included within this brochure, although it is by no means a comprehensive example of the information we are able to produce. We also appreciate that many clients will from time to time have a need for urgent information on a given claim or risk, particularly during the renewal process. To assist our clients in this regard, our system allows our clients direct access to our system to obtain information remotely and on a real-time basis. Indeed, some of our clients now interrogate the DCS Extranet whenever a broker is before them, or a proposal form is received in their office.
