With effect from September 1st 2011, Barbican Managing Agency Ltd (Barbican) has appointed Devonshire Claims Services (DCS) under the branding of 'Barbican Claims' to administer all UK EL/PL & Products liability claims on their behalf.

DCS have been appointed to provide an unparalleled level of claims service and to introduce a blend of technical ability, combined with commercial logic & strategy.

Our prime objective is to reach a prompt, practical and equitable resolution to all claims in a professional manner, paying heed to the relationship between the brokers / policyholders / stakeholders and insurers, whilst mitigating the financial impact to all.
